PKbuyshouses.com – Our Story
In 2005, my family was hit with a major loss. My father passed away from his battle with Alzheimer’s disease. We found ourselves in a precarious situation. We had to deal with my parent’s estate and the inherited house that we needed to sell in order to take care of our elderly mother.
After having an appraisal done, we decided to call a local real estate investor. After a little negotiation, we were able to agree on a price and a time to close. I can’t explain to you the sense of relief we felt. We were able to sell for enough money to buy my mother a house close to mine so that I could take care of her and help her with the yard, doctor’s appointments, and buying groceries.
This experience was like an awakening for me. I knew that this was what I wanted to do with my life. Even though it would be another seven years before I pursued becoming a real estate investor, I never forgot the positive impact this person had on our lives. It’s our goal to be there for you just like the agent was there for us.

He is a people person and loves meeting with sellers to help them find a solution to their real estate situation. John is a native of Georgia and has lived in Cobb County for 21 years. He currently resides there with his beautiful wife Margi and son Chandler. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling with his family.
